1. Read Acts 16:1 – Timothy’s mother was what? Timothy’s father was what?

2. How would you feel if you were Timothy growing up in Lystra as a mamzer/outcast?

3. How would you feel if someone like Paul came into your life today and chose you to be his disciple? Would you go with him?

4. Repeatedly throughout the video, Ray talks about Paul chasing after a life that was as similar to Jesus’ life as he could live. He worked to live a life like Christ. I John 2:6 says “Whoever claims to live in him, must walk as Jesus did.” In what way are you walking like Jesus walked?

*If this were written today, what would God be saying to his people?

*Write down 5 things you are really good at.

*Explain whether or not you have given those 5 things over to God, and if you have how that is playing out in your life. Are you keeping your best from God or are you giving Him your very
best?

*Read Leviticus 9:2, Isaiah 53:5, Romans 12:1, and Hebrews 9:26. What message do you personally get from each of these verses?
